Updated to DP Beta 1

We are proud to present our newest and probably largest revision-- DP Beta 1!

Find any bugs? Report them in the Bugs board. I would like to stress that there is no public download yet. Our testers will soon be getting this beta to test on their local installs.

If you're interested in testing, please request for QA Team membership through your profile.

A list of known bugs:
- IDs are doubled in places.
- Previewing posts does not work in some places.
- Footer closes off oddly in some browsers.

The next planned beta (Beta 2) will most likely be a public beta and the above bugs along with other bugs found will be fixed.
