Updated to SMF 2.0 RC2

We have updated our site to the newest SMF charter release thanks to our design team.

It took some extensive edits to ensure that Dream Portal can work in this new version as well as this new theme (which in fact will be SMF's new default theme!). We are proud to announce that the private beta of Dream Portal will be released sometime this week to our beta testers, and soon after we'll be releasing the public version for everyone to try out!

You can request beta tester access by joining the QA Team. You can join the QA Team by applying through your profile, as always. We ask that you provide a good enough reason (perhaps some sites you own, etc) in the application.
