I don't see how anyone could possibly think a mac is cheaper???

You can get a pc with the same specs as the best mac out there for at least $1000 less...and if you don't like windows or linux, you can just install mac on it...

buying an ACTUAL mac computer is a huge waste of money. Also, when you buy it, you're stuck with it. Absolutely NO customizability at all. You will never be able to get a mac more powerful then a pc because you can't custom build it. You are limited to whatever Apple wants to sell you.

What all you said is true, but understand that Mac is mostly used for graphic design than Windows does.
