Shoutbox Problems

Hi I got a problem with my Shoutbox, It wont output the text I write.

We need a little more information please. Perhaps a link to your site so we can see? what does your error log say? Are there any other errors you noticed?

Our site is temperory shutted down for users.

I didnt find any error logs because we have over 500 errors...... But I've looking on it and dont find any errors from dream portal.

EDIT: I found one thing. I can see the shouts on history.

clean your error log, use the shoutbox, then copy & paste your log here.

got it. Try disabling all modules except the shoutbox(Already tried it).

I may have found the problem.

You have installs of Dream Portal?

I would make a backup of the site, then try installing & deleting both. Then go for a re-install of one package.

Sorry I can't do it for you.

I'm not 100% sure that is the issue, but it is the most likely. Either way, it needs to be fixed.
