Dream Menu: Navigate to Page, Button does not show as "active"
« on: October 11, 2011, 09:53:35 PM »
I have created a test button and page, and whenever I click on the test button in my menu, the "active" (orange) image appears on the "Home" button.

What is causing this?

Thanks,
Shane.

This is fixed in Dream Portal 1.1 (only available to DP Team members).  The problem is that Subs.php in the setupMenuContext function, SMF uses a $context variable to set active buttons when menu buttons are clicked on.  The context variable uses the keys of the $buttons array and matches against it with the return of an action in the URL.  So this was a bit tricky to implement, but is already implemented in Dream Portal 1.1 for Dream Pages only!

There is too much code involved and edits that would need to be done to explain how to do this in DP 1.0.5.  Please wait for DP 1.1, soon to be released!

Thank You :)
