To expedite the process of answering the multitude of support questions for Dream Portal, please include the following information when posting your problems:

* Version of SMF, version of PHP and SQL (and perhaps a phpinfo() sheet...)
* Detailed description of your problem, including steps to reproduce if necessary.
* URL to your forum/URL to specific problematic page.
* Screenshot or error text.

Also, please read the sticky threads and search before posting your question.

Furthermore, there is now a Topic Solved button at the bottom of topics in many boards throughout DP.net, including all support boards. I've attached a pic of what this button looks like, as it is located at the very bottom of each topic. For members who visit SM.org frequently, they should already be aware of this button and how it works. For all others...

When you feel that your Support Question within a topic has been solved, you should click on this button to let others know that no further help is needed for this question. This topic, than receives a Green Check Mark next to it's original title. This helps us to realize which questions are still in need of help and which one's aren't. Please use this button, within the Support Boards especially, so that we may better assist you all.
