Width of modules?

I think the width on my forum's modules are too wide. URL (example): http://kcmartz.com/index.php?action=forum

I want to narrow it down to like 175 or 200.

The Facebook module in the bottom left hand corner is causing the problem with your width btw. Remove it, or collapse it and you will see what I mean.
