Wanted to extend a HUGE WARM WELCOME to our newest Project Manager, Xarcell

The decision on this status change was mainly due to the large scale and long-term activity that Xarcell has displayed here at the DP.net site.  Xarcell has been with Dream Portal for almost as long as I can remember.  Xarcell started off here at the DP.net site with a simple layout request.  He wanted to have any kind of layout that was possible and offered up some pics that explained his concepts.  From requests, to creating online video tutorials on youtube, to designing art and themes for the DP.net site, to helping others with detail explanations of how to get DP up and running and guiding them along the way, to creating many many modules, asking questions and realizing that he isn't perfect and is always learning as well along the way, as well as providing critical feedback, testing on latest revisions and participating in Team meetings.  Xarcell is an outstanding person who has great dedication and excitement towards Dream Portal and has what it takes to be an excellent Project Manager.

Let's all welcome Xarcell onto the Team as Dream Portal's new Project Manager!!
